Account & conversation data
This studio connects professional Instagram accounts through official Instagram Login and permissions you grant. It does not collect your Instagram password.
What is stored
Account ID and username, encrypted access tokens, rules, knowledge and preferences, sender IDs, received messages, replies and delivery status are stored in private server storage.
Processing & optional model
Rules and verified knowledge run on the website server. When external AI rephrasing is enabled, the customer message, up to six prior turns and matching verified FAQ are sent through the configured gateway to the model provider. Current routing is restricted to free providers with no automatic paid fallback. Review the model provider privacy policy. Replies go to Meta only when automatic sending is enabled.
Telegram notifications
If you link a private Telegram chat, the incoming message and confirmed automatic reply are sent there after Instagram accepts the reply. Drafts and failed replies are not sent. Pending notification records are temporary and removed after seven days; unlink Telegram to stop notifications and cancel pending ones.
Content tools & brand voice
Generation briefs and writing samples are sent to the website’s configured free AI provider. Instagram passwords and tokens are not included. Remove private customer information before submitting. Privately saved writing samples and drafts are encrypted on the server and bound to your account; they remain until you edit them or delete the account workspace. Export them as JSON from Content tools.
Retention & deletion
Conversation, message and activity retention defaults to 30 days and can be set to 1–90 days. Cleanup depends on the scheduled worker. Connection and preferences remain until workspace deletion. Export up to the latest 5,000 messages, disconnect or delete the workspace in Data & privacy. Disconnecting stops replies and does not immediately delete the history.
Before connection, preference drafts stay in this browser tab. Test simulations create no customer records and send no Instagram messages. Exported files can contain conversation data and remain wherever the user downloads them.
