Design a visual

Choose a visual above to see its column requirements. Global filters apply to every visual using that dataset.

Build with confidence

  1. Import a table with column names in the first row. Each Excel sheet becomes a separate dataset.
  2. Check data quality, clean values and calculate columns. Joins can multiply rows when keys repeat.
  3. Add visuals and set axes and aggregation. Drag a visual handle or use the arrows to reorder the dashboard.
  4. Use filters and search, or click a chart category. Numeric aggregations ignore non-numeric values; visuals show that count.
  5. Save the project before closing. Download visuals as PNG or SVG, chart values as CSV, or an HTML report and printable PDF.

No server uploads or data-source connections. Excel formulas and macros are not executed; only cached values are imported. Encrypted files need to be unlocked outside the tool.
